Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
The only exceptions are if you receive an incorrect item or if your order is delivered outside of the expected delivery timeframe. In these cases, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date to opt into a return. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be approved.
All returns must be approved and authorized before being sent back. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Wigs and hair must be returned in their original packaging and must be completely unaltered. This includes no installation, cutting, coloring, bleaching, styling, product use, or odor. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used only. No exceptions. Please allow 4–5 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.
